The present invention relates to a method of producing functional drink supplying high vital power, specifically to functional drink supplying high vital power obtained by: a step of producing a first heat-treated extract by heat-treating vegetable drink ingredients which include natural saccharide, organic acid, fruits of Rhamnaceae including Hovenia dulcis, Rhamnus davurica, and jujube trees, and the root hair of ginseng at a low temperature; a step of producing a second fermented and aged extract by fermenting and aging a mixture of fine slices or shaken materials of vegetable drink ingredients including fruits of Rosaceae including quince trees, hawthorn, and Japanese apricot trees, and fructose; and a step of adding proper amount of distilling purified water and additives to a mixed extract of the heat-treated extract and the fermented and aged extract. The present invention also relates to a functional drink extract supplying high vital power obtained by fermenting: a mixture of the mixed extract of the heat-treated extract and the fermented and aged extract; and milk with lactobacillus. |
