The present invention relates to an integrated system between a fuel cell and a boiler. The invention comprises a fuel cell unit which generates electricity through a catalyst reaction by being supplied with air and fuel gas; a boiler unit which is connected to an exhaust pipe of the fuel cell unit and includes a latent heat exchanger recovering the latent heat in exhaust gas from the fuel cell unit with the latent heat in the exhaust gas. The invention is provided with a simple structure by simplifying the exhaust pipe and to increase the efficiency of the boiler by discharging the exhaust gas from the fuel cell and the boiler through supplying the exhaust gas to the latent heat exchanger.
