The present invention relates to a method for treating a surface of a particle for enhancing dispersibility and a particle manufactured by the same. More particularly, the method for treating a surface of a particle comprises the steps of: performing acid treatment; mixing the acid-treated particle with an aqueous solvent; and a mixing an organic ligand with a surface treatment agent. The particle does not require surface treatment with silica (TEOS) and polyethylene glycol (PEG) and has excellent magnetic characteristic and excellent dispersibility in an oil-soluble solvent, and can be mass-manufactured.
