A touch detecting device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a current flow control unit for charging a certain sensor node with electronic charges among multiple sensor nodes and supplying micro currents; a driving unit for applying alternative voltage to the sensor node in the micro current supply section; and a detection unit for detecting touches based on the voltage at an output end of the sensor node with the applied alternative voltage in the micro current supply section.
