PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamp device having a GX53 base in the center of an annular substrate capable of emitting light uniformly from a globe of a lighting fixture without enlarging the same, and to provide a lighting fixture mounting the lamp device.SOLUTION: A lamp device 1 is equipped with a light emitter 2 which has an annular substrate 7 with an opening 6 in the center and semiconductor light-emitting elements 8 installed on one face 7a side of the substrate 7, a lighting device 3 to light the semiconductor light-emitting elements 8, a device body 4 which has a tubular case part 11 and a GX53 base 12 installed on an upper face side 11f of the case part 11, houses the lighting device 3 in the case part 11, and is arranged at the opening 6 of the substrate 7, and a plurality of pieces of arms 5 installed at a periphery of the device body 4 and supporting the another face 7b side of the substrate 7 so that the light emitter 2 may be located on the GX53 base 12 side rather than a lower face 11e of the case part 11 to fix the light emitter 2 to the device body 4. |
