PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support a life innovation while giving an incentive to do activities in citizen living and create companions in the activities.SOLUTION: An operation plan creation part 220 extracts a getting-off point and a scheduled getting-off time included in demand reservation information of a different member of a certain companion group as different member stay information when receiving a reservation to use a bus vehicle from one member belonging to the companion group. In the case that the member then shows a will to have a desire to unite with the different member, the operation plan creation part 220 creates new operation plan candidates by using the different member stay information desiring the union, and a desired getting-on point and desired getting-on time of the member as new demand information. In the case that the member selects one new operation plan candidate among the created new operation plan candidates, the operation plan creation part 220 determines the selected operation plan candidate as a new operation plan. |
