PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscopic device which hardly causes a trouble of a lighting element due to penetration of water or the like.SOLUTION: An endoscopic device includes: a lengthy insert portion; an observation unit provided at the front end of the insertion portion; a lighting unit 21 provided at the front end of the insertion portion to illuminate the visual field of the observation unit; and a cylindrical frame body 31 for housing the observation unit and the lighting unit. The lighting unit is connected to a wiring substrate 23 having wiring; a plurality of LEDs 22 connected to the wiring and mounted on the wiring substrate; and a first resin layer 32 and a second resin layer 33 sealing the wiring and LEDs 22. The frame body has a through-hole 35 communicating with an inner cavity, and the lighting unit is disposed within the frame body so that the wiring substrate can be viewed through the through-hole. An adhesive 34 is filled between the first resin layer 32 and second resin layer 33, and a part of the adhesive 34 can be viewed through the through-hole.
