PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixed quantity discharging cap easily discharging precise quantity content to outside and a fixed quantity discharging container.SOLUTION: In a fixed quantity discharging cap 12, a flowing out cylinder 19 in which the lower end opening opens toward the inside the inward of a container body 10 and the upper end opening 19a is opened upward, and at an upper side of the flowing out cylinder 19, when the container body 10 is made under an upside down condition, the content 2 of the container body 10 of the content 2 flows the flow out cylinder 19 to provide a storing body 21. In the fixed quantity discharging cap 12, when the container body 10 is returned to a normally standing state, a recessed state is provided around the flow out cylinder 19, the excess content 2 in the storing body 21 is returned by a measurement body 20 from the upper end opening 19a to the container body 10 and a nozzle part 15 arranged in parallel with the storing body 21 above the measurement body 20. Internal volume of the storing body 21 is made larger than the internal volume of the measurement body 20. |
