PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which: even when color matching is performed by selecting a color matching method emphasizing color, a color mapped near a boundary of a printer color reproduction range is printed without improvement in sharpness of an image.SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus inputs an instruction to perform color matching by using a first profile; and when a color difference between an image after performing color matching by using the first profile and an image after performing color matching by using a second profile is equal to or smaller than a threshold, displays a message indicating that the color matching has a small effect of sharpening an image. |
