PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a buffer sheet having sound insulating properties, which has a high sound insulation effect and superior workability.SOLUTION: The sound insulating buffer sheet is formed by stacking a nonwoven fabric having a thickness of 0.3-1.0 mm and a basis weight of 100-250 g/m, on at least one face of a vinyl chloride foam sheet containing a vinyl chloride resin, a plasticizer and a chemical foaming agent. |
