摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic reformation controlling device of a steel plate with difference in thickness, which enables automatic determination and automatic operation of a reformation operation of a steel plate with difference in thickness by a roller leveler by the visual judgment of an operator.SOLUTION: An automatic reformation controlling device of a steel plate with difference in thickness is provided with a sheet thickness measuring means, a steel sheet movement distance measuring means, a steel sheet shape processing means, a thickness difference boundary determination means, and a reformation rolling draft setting means, wherein the reformation rolling draft setting means includes a means that continues a reformation operation by changing a reformation rolling draft when a thickness difference boundary class obtained by the thickness difference boundary determination means is a boundary from a thick side to a thin side, and a means that continues a reformation operation by stopping the reformation operation temporarily, opening the reformation rolling draft, and then resetting the reformation rolling draft on the thick side when the thickness difference boundary class is a boundary from the thin side to the thick side.
