PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a yarn winding machine without requiring an operator to receive water when purging air of a yarn splicing device.SOLUTION: A twisting part 46 twists two yarn ends by jetting compressed air added with water. A twisting air supply passage 54 supplies the compressed air to the twisting part 46. A water supply passage 57 supplies water into the twisting air supply passage 54. A unit control part 30 alternately repeats and executes a liquid supply step and an air supply step a plurality of times. In the liquid supply step, water is supplied from the water supply passage 57 to the twisting air supply passage 54. In the air supply step, the water supplied to the twisting air supply passage 54 in the liquid supply step is scattered by supplying the compressed air to the twisting air supply passage 54. |
