The invention relates to an intraocular implant (3) including two portions, a monofocal or multifocal central optical portion (4) and a haptic peripheral portion, consisting of two extensions (50, 51) extending diametrically relative to said optical portion (4), to be used for immobilising the implant in the capsular bag by applying the end portions thereof against the edges of said capsular bag, on the inside thereof. The extensions (50, 51) that form the haptic portion each extend along a plane which is inclined relative to the main plane (P) of the optical portion (4), said main plane (P) being perpendicular to the optical axis of the optical portion (4), and are inclined in opposite directions, wherein the lengths of the extensions (50, 51) are not equal. |
