PASTE COMPOSITION, METHOD OF FABRICATING THE SAME AND SOLAR CELL APPARATUS

The present invention relates to a paste composition, a method for producing the same and a photovoltaic device. The paste composition comprises conductive particles; around the conductive particles, and a diffusion suppressing layer around the particles. The diffusion suppressing layer has higher melting point than the conductive particles. The paste composition has the diffusion suppressing layer to prevent conductive particles from excessively diffusing to silicon substrates when forming electrodes.
