PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect medical data by connecting a familiar portable communication terminal to a medical measurement device.SOLUTION: The information processor includes: acquisition means for, when a medical measurement device is connected to a portable communication terminal, acquiring specification information for specifying the medical measurement device via the portable communication terminal; first reception means for executing a driver program corresponding to the specification information and receiving the measurement result information on a measurement candidate measured by the medical measurement device via the portable communication terminal; second reception means for receiving measurement candidate information for specifying the measurement candidate measured by the medical measurement device from the portable communication terminal; storage means for storing the measurement candidate information and the measurement result information in association with each other; and transmission means for transmitting the stored storage information to the portable communication terminal or a communication terminal for medical practitioner.
