PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: an electrolyte solution for nonaqueous electrolyte batteries, which contains less free fluorine ions and has excellent cycle characteristics and high-temperature storage characteristics, without causing hydrolysis of a fluorine-containing lithium salt, such as LiPF, contained as a solute; a nonaqueous electrolyte battery; and a method for producing the electrolyte solution for nonaqueous electrolyte batteries.SOLUTION: The electrolyte solution for nonaqueous batteries contains: 6500 ppm by mass or less of an oxalato salt represented by the general formula (1) defined as LiMF(CO); 150 ppm by mass or less of a hexafluoro salt represented by the general formula (2) defined as LiMF; and 50 ppm by mass or less of free fluorine ions. (In the formulas: M represents Fe, Sn, Si, Ge or Ti; x is 3 if M is Fe, and x is 2 if M is Sn, Si, Ge or Ti; and y represents an integer of 1-3.) |
