PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold/heat insulating bag and a method for manufacturing material for the cold/heat insulating bag lightweight with a cold/heat insulating effect and beautifully displaying a figure and a pattern of high design property.SOLUTION: A cold/heat insulating bag includes a cold/heat insulating member 18 having an aluminum layer 30 on one surface of a foam cushioning material 28 having a heat insulating effect, and an outer surface member 20 formed of a protective member 32 having a printed layer 34 on one surface. The aluminum layer 30 of the cold/heat insulating member 18 and the printed layer 34 of the outer surface member 20 are adhesively fixed to each other to form a composite material 16 of a bag part 14 of the bag. |
