PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide high-level information by combining a behavior pattern recognition result based on information acquired from a position sensor or a motion sensor with information other than the information acquired from the position sensor or the motion sensor.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus comprises: a matter extraction unit for extracting a prescribed matter from text information; a behavior pattern specification unit for specifying one or multiple behavior patterns associated with the prescribed matter; a behavior extraction unit for extracting each of the behavior patterns associated with the prescribed matter from sensor information; and a state analysis unit for, with respect to each combination of the prescribed matter and each of the behavior patterns associated with the matter, using a contribution degree showing a degree of contribution of each of the behavior patterns to the prescribed matter to generate state information showing a state relating to the matter, on the basis of each of the behavior patterns extracted from the sensor information. |
