PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support purchasing goods.SOLUTION: A purchase support device includes: a household stock information storage for storing household stock information showing a stock amount of each food item of a plurality of households; a menu information storage for storing menu information associating food items with menus based upon the food items; a menu determination part for determining a menu corresponding to items on the basis of the stock amount of each food item showed by the household stock information; and a purchase support part for determining food items expected to have a demand as purchase items on the basis of the determined menu.
