PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase satisfaction of a consumer when purchasing a commodity.SOLUTION: A customer terminal device 103 of a customer reproduces image data obtained by photographing a state that the customer tries on a commodity at a shop, accepts input of purchase request information for the commodity or a commodity substitute of the commodity tried on at the shop, and transmits the input purchase request information to a card company server 101. The card company server 101 receives the purchase request information transmitted from the customer terminal device 103, and based on the received purchase request information, executes settlement processing and transmits the purchase information to a shop terminal device 102 at the shop which deals with the commodity or the commodity substitute for the commodity concerned. The shop terminal device 102 receives the purchase information transmitted from the card company server 101.
