PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless communication system capable of executing groupe speech communications for each region while resolving communication fault in a blind zone of wireless communication.SOLUTION: In the wireless communication system using a portable telephone packet communication network includes, a mobile station 3 which detects the position of own station for packetizing position information to transmits it to a command station 2 via a communication network, and the command station 2 includes: a grouping task 212 that allocates the mobile station 3 positioned in this region for grouping for each region dividing the whole region based on the position information received from the mobile station 3; and a push-to-talk microphone 23 that transmits group data packets with respect to all mobile stations 3 belonging to a designated group.
