<p>Optical filters, optical sensor arrays and methods for assembling the same and systems incorporating the same are disclosed. An optical filter may include a first stack, a second stack and a spacer layer. The first stack may include alternating layers of a first material having a first refractive index and a second material having a second refractive index that differs from the first refractive index. The second stack may include alternating layers of the first material and the second material. The spacer layer may be positioned between the first stack and the second stack to form a stacked assembly. The spacer layer may include a patterned layer including the first material and the second material. At least a portion of the patterned layer may include a pattern composed of the first material.</p> |
