<p>The present invention relates to a polymerase chain reaction apparatus for amplifying and analyzing a nucleic acid by using a small amount of a biological sample, and, more specifically, to a polymerase chain reaction apparatus in which a plurality of chambers are formed between a plate-shaped transparent substrate and a film, and a light irradiator is provided on one side of the transparent substrate, wherein the film rapidly transfers heat from a heater provided at the lower part thereof to reagents accommodated in the plurality of chambers, the transparent substrate transfers light irradiated from the light irradiator to the plurality of chambers without the loss of light, and the time for nucleic acid amplification can be reduced and the results from the nucleic acid amplification can be confirmed on site with the naked eye by extending an optical path in the horizontal direction of the reagents which are accommodated and widely dispersed in the plurality of chambers.</p> |
