The present invention relates to a grouting device using a prefabricated rotary blade improving the ground and a non-excavation ground improving construction method using the same. A grouting pipe with the rotary blade is rotated and pressed into the ground in a non-excavation method, and the grouting pipe with the rotary blade forms a bulb in the ground and is pulled out by being rotated to improve the ground. The grouting device comprises an injection pipe, wherein a plurality of injection holes to which a grouting material is supplied is formed and a plurality of rotary blade unit comprising a pair of the rotary blades is vertically separated, and the grouting pipe which is a pipe member wherein one end is arranged on the injection hole to be connected and an opening unit (A) which is the other end is exposed to the outside of the rotary blade by being extended to pass through the rotary blade. |
