The present invention relates to a roasting device capable of preventing soot and, more specifically, to the charcoal-roasting device which cooks meats by using a heating source such as charcoal fires. When fire is directly in contact with an object to be roasted or meat juice or oil is dropped on to the heat source, the object burnt or soot is generated on the object. To solve the problem, the roasting device includes the heat source including charcoal, a charcoal container in which charcoal is received and which includes air vent holes, a first receiving unit on which the charcoal container is slid-joined; a body with a vertical inputting unit positioned on one side of the first receiving unit, a first roasting unit which is joined to the vertical inputting unit and composed of a grate on which the object is arranged. Additionally, the roasting device according to the present invention includes second receiving units on the other side of the first receiving unit of the body, on partially the upper and lower parts or both, a second roasting unit including a roasting container which is slid-joined to the second receiving unit, and a third roasting unit which is composed of an upper panel on which a plurality of through-holes connected to the first receiving unit is formed. |
