The present invention comprises plate type window member (120) having hinges (135, 136) to be rotated by being equipped in a hinge hole (115) on the end part of the body. The both sides of the window member (120) comprises a window member handle (121) protruding at right angle downward, which rotates the window member around the hinge. A window member handle accommodating part (113) shaped corresponding to the shape of the window member handle, is formed in the both upper sides of the case.
