The present invention relates to a cylindrical condenser for a high frequency heat treatment instrument, which includes: a condenser device (10) which includes a first electrode terminal (10a) on one side thereof and a second electrode terminal (10b) on the other side thereof; a first electrode case (20) which is composed of a first plate electrode (22) in contact with the surface of the first electrode terminal (10a) and a first cap terminal (23) which protrudes from the inner side of the first plate electrode (22); a second electrode case (30) which is composed of a second plate electrode (32) in contact with the surface of the second electrode terminal (10b) and a second cap terminal (33) which is formed on the inner side of the second plate electrode (32); a cylindrical case (40) in which the condenser device (10) and the first and second cases (20,30) are embedded; and an insulation molding unit (50) which fixes the condenser device (10) and the first and second electrode cases (20,30) to the cylindrical case (40) and insulates the condenser device from the first and second electrode cases (20,30) at the same time.
