PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly estimate the amount of interference between an uplink signal and a downlink signal between transmission/reception points when different DL/UL configurations are applied at different transmission/reception points.SOLUTION: In a wireless communication system that uses time-division duplexing (TDD) to transmit an uplink signal from a user terminal (#1) to a wireless base station (#1) and a downlink signal from a wireless base station (#2) adjacent to the wireless base station (#1) to a user terminal (#2), the interference estimation method comprises: a step for receiving interference estimation resource information, which is used for estimating the amount of interference that the uplink signal from the user terminal (#1) to the wireless base station (#1) receives from at least one of the downlink signal from the wireless base station (#2) and an uplink signal from another user terminal adjacent to the wireless base station (#1); and a step for estimating the amount of interference on the basis of the interference estimation resource information.
