PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a burden on a user when the user uses a copy function in a device in which a main body and an operation unit are separated from each other.SOLUTION: A copying machine comprises a multifunction printer main body 20 having a copy function and a remote terminal 40 by which a user can perform various kinds of copy setting and give instructions to start copying. An execution button 38 is disposed at a multifunction printer 20 side. Further, the copying machine executes the copying with default setting when the execution button 38 is operated under normal conditions, and re-executes the copying with copy setting previously used when the execution button 38 is operated until a predetermined period of time elapses when the copy setting is input at a remote terminal 40 side and the copying is executed. On account of this, it is sufficient to operate the execution button 38 when the copying is executed with the default setting and the copying is repeatedly executed with the same setting as the copy setting previously used. Accordingly, a work burden on a user can be reduced. |
