PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inclination variation monitoring system capable of obtaining quantitative information indicating an inclination quantity and an inclination direction in a certain area and capable of time-sequentially monitoring the information.SOLUTION: The inclination variation monitoring system includes: a bubble tube; an inclination measuring instrument having imaging means for picking up an image of the bubble tube in each fixed time; and an analyzer communicably connected to the inclination measuring instrument. The inclination measuring instrument includes transmission means for transmitting image data on a bubble image to the analyzer in each fixed time. The analyzer includes: receiving means for receiving the image data in each fixed time; coordinate calculation means for calculating center coordinates of a bubble in the image data; inclination angle calculation means for calculating an inclination angle of the bubble tube from the coordinates of the bubble; angle difference calculation means for calculating a difference between the inclination angle of the bubble tube and an inclination angle of the bubble tube after fixed time; and discrimination means for discriminating whether or not the difference of the inclination angles is a preset inclination angle difference threshold or more.
