<p>This magnetic element control device is provided with: an excitation signal generation unit which generates an alternating signal; a feedback signal conversion unit which converts the time width between positive voltage and negative voltage detection signals to voltage information; an adjustment signal generation unit that generates an offset signal for canceling out the offset component superimposed on the data signal indicating magnetic field strength; and an excitation signal adjustment unit which generates an alternating current from the alternating signal, a feedback current from the feedback signal, and an offset current from the offset signal, and superimposes the feedback current and the offset current onto the alternating current to generate an excitation current for application to an excitation coil.</p> |
