PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain desired accuracy of dimensional accuracy of a bending member, and to stably manufacture the bending member having high dimensional accuracy, especially such as a bending member for an automobile.SOLUTION: A bending device includes a feeding mechanism 14 of a steel pipe 15, a first support mechanism 21 arranged in a first position A, a heating mechanism 23 of the steel pipe 15 arranged in a second position B, a cooling mechanism 24 which is arranged in a third position C and forms a high-temperature part on the steel pipe 15 by cooling the steel pipe 15, a second support mechanism 25 which is arranged in a fourth position D and bends the steel pipe 15 by giving bending moment on the high-temperature part of the steel pipe 15, a first rack 11 for mounting the first support mechanism 21, and a second rack 12 for mounting the second support mechanism 25. Installation positions of both of the first rack 11 and the second rack 12 can be changed, and the first rack and second rack are fixed three-dimensionally and are key-connected. |
