PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric apparatus which achieves excellent electromagnetic shielding performance and heat radiation performance and makes vibration sounds less likely to be caused.SOLUTION: An electric apparatus 1 includes: a conductive housing body 2 including a bottom plate part 21 and a wall part 22 erected from at least a periphery in the bottom plate part 21 to the upper side; a conductive lid 3 covering the housing body 2 from above and fixed to an upper surface 221 of the wall part 22; lid fastening means 4 fastening the lid 3 to the upper surface 221 of the wall part 22 at several positions; and an electric component 5 housed in an internal space 101 of a housing 10 that is composed of the housing body 2 and the lid 3. Contact protruding parts 32 each of which contacts with a facing surface of the other side are provided on a lower surface 31 of the lid 3 so as to protrude therefrom. A gap which allows two spaces divided by the wall part 22 to communicate is formed between the lower surface 31 of the lid 3 and the upper surface 221 of the wall part 22 in a portion of the lower surface 31 of the lid 3 which excludes formation positions of the contact protruding parts 32.
