PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect with a destination in a network used by an unspecified number of users without any previous knowledge about its address information.SOLUTION: A communication device 1 performs a connection method which includes: a telephone connecting step to connect to an opposite device 2 of a destination via a first network 3; a transmission step to transmit the address information of the communication device 1 to the opposite device 2 via the first network 3; and a communication step to receive, from the opposite device 2, a connection request with the address information as its destination via a second network 4 which is available for an unspecified number of users and to communicate with the opposite device 2 via the second network 4.
