PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive data processing device that can store a large amount of data and has a wide temperature range in which the device can normally operate.SOLUTION: An instrument device 100 includes: a first storage unit 120 that has a first operation guaranteed temperature range for ensuring a temperature range in which normal operations are enabled; a second storage unit 130 that has a second operation guaranteed temperature range having an upper limit value lower than that of the first operation guaranteed temperature range and stores a plurality of data in a plurality of groups; a control unit 110 that stores at least one group among the a plurality of groups stored in the second storage unit 130 into the first storage unit 120; and a temperature measurement unit 160 for measuring a temperature of the second storage unit 130. When storing the group/groups into the first storage unit 120, if the temperature measured by the temperature measurement unit 160 exceeds the upper limit of the second guaranteed operating temperature range, the control unit 110 does not perform the storing operation. |
