PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state image pickup device capable of preventing degradation of color resolution due to light component transmitting a partition wall portion between color filters.SOLUTION: The solid-state image pickup device has: a semiconductor substrate including plural light receiving parts formed in two-dimensional configuration; a wiring layer formed over the semiconductor substrate; and a color filter layer formed in which plural color filters on the wiring layer above each of the plural light receiving parts. The solid-state image pickup device has a micro lens layer formed with plural micro lenses on the color filter layer between the plural color filters and above the color filter partition wall formed on the color filter layer and each of the plural color filters. The solid-state image pickup device also has a micro lens partition wall formed on the micro lens layer between the plural micro lenses. |
