PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience of a user by making it possible to use an existing Unscreened Transfer function regardless of a type of a transfer destination telephone.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, a telephone system comprises a plurality of communication terminals and a server device. The server device comprises storage means, determination means, and control means. The storage means stores a management table for associating a terminal ID for identifying a communication terminal with terminal type information showing whether or not the communication terminal is a SIP terminal. The determination means refers to the management table on the basis of a terminal ID of a transfer destination included in information transmitted from an organizer, and determines whether or not the transfer destination is a SIP terminal on the basis of a result of the reference. When the determination means determines that the transfer destination is a SIP terminal, the control means disconnects an incoming call from a transferred source to the transfer destination, and then transmits an origination message having the transferred source as its origination source to the transfer destination. |
