The present invention relates to a manufacture mold for a joint cap for a concrete pile for forming a guide ring in a joint cap for a concrete pile having a plate.The manufacture mold is configured of an upper forging mold and a lower forging mold, wherein the upper forging mold that has, at the lower inner edge of the upper forging mold, a right angle groove for supporting a jaw part and for protruding at a right angle, and has the lower forging mold that has, at the upper outer edge of the lower forging mold, an upper curved protrusion part which is formed on the upmost side, an intermediate curved concave part which is abutted on the curved protrusion part and is formed in the lower part of the upper curved protrusion, and a lower curved protrusion which is abutted on the intermediate curved protrusion part and is formed in the lower part of the intermediate curved protrusion part. The present invention includes a right angle groove, at the lower inner edge of an upper forging mold, for supporting a jaw part at the lower inner edge of the upper forging mold and for protruding at the right angle and includes, at the upper outer edge of a lower forging mold, an upper curved protrusion part, an intermediate curved concave part, and a lower curved protrusion part preventing the jaw part from tearing and being distorted in a process for forging the jaw part. Therefore, a guide ring can be formed on a plate by a very simple method at a low price, and the defect rate can be minimized. |
