An electromagnetic wave shielding sheet, according to the present invention, comprises: a base material which is produced into a naoweb form by spinning a polymer material into fiber strands according to a spinning technique; a conductive metal layer, which is formed on one surface of the base material, for shielding electromagnetic waves; and an adhesive layer which is formed on the other surface of the base material, thereby enabling a small thickness and improved electromagnetic wave-shielding performance.
