The present invention relates to a composition for aggregating a biological specimen, a paraffin block manufacturing method using the composition, and a microscopic observing method of the biological specimen using a paraffin block, more particularly, to a composition for aggregating a biological specimen which is composed of a first composition containing water-soluble polymer and distilled water, and a second composition containing organic solvents, such as acetone, and adhesives for medical use, such as cyanoacrylate, and a paraffin block manufacturing method using the composition, and a microscopic observing method of the biological specimen using the manufactured paraffin block. When the paraffin block is manufactured using tissues or cells which are a small amount of the fluidic specimen, a biological specimen complex is manufactured inside a centrifugal tube using a centrifugal separator, thereby minimizing the loss of the specimen, reducing background dyeing, easily manufacturing the paraffin block, saving time and costs required to manufacture the paraffin block, and increasing the quality of a slide cold-hearted from the paraffin block.
