PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blower device for a vehicle, capable of reliably reducing the noise.SOLUTION: A blower device for a vehicle includes: a blower 1 having an axial flow fan 10 which is arranged on the air flow downstream side of a radiator 3 to supply air to the radiator 3; and a shroud 2 which holds the blower 1 and forms an air passage leading from the radiator 3 to the blower 1. The blower 1 is arranged on the rear side of the vehicle compared to the radiator 3, and the shroud 2 has a shape in which the dimensions in the vehicle width direction of the air passage are gradually increased from the air flow downstream side to the air flow upstream side. The shroud 2 has a guide part 4 which is arranged to overlap an outermost circumferential part in the radial direction of the axial flow fan 10 when viewed in the air flow direction.
