PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a handling speed with respect to a failure.SOLUTION: A failure handling system 1 includes an automatic transaction device 2 and a control device 3. On the basis of failure information for identifying a failure which has occurred in the automatic transaction device 2, the level of a failure handling capability required for an operator who handles the failure is determined, and by referring to terminal information 7 with which the level of the failure handling capability of the operator who logs in each of a plurality of handling terminals 4 to 6 is associated, the handling terminal which the operator having the determined level of the failure handling capability logs in is preferentially selected from among the plurality of handling terminals 4 to 6. |
