摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate enhancement in self-startability and power transmission in slight wind by adding a mechanism capable of automatically shifting a pitch angle, to a blade of a wind power generator, especially a vertical type wind power generator, and to make, and to facilitate manufacturing.SOLUTION: In a turbine generator, a weight 2, supported by bearing 4 and bearing 5 arranged in an arm 11, having concentricity with a plurality of blades 1 rotating around rotating shaft 10 as a center, are coupled with the blade 1 by an arm 3 via bearing 6, 7. In a windless state, this makes the blade 1 pulled toward the direction of the rotating shaft 10 by gravity generated in the weight 2, and set to an angle capable of effectively using energy 12 of the wind as shown in Fig.1. When a plurality of the blades 1 start rotating in the direction toward rotative direction 13, force 21 opening to an outside by centrifugal force is generated. By balancing this force with gravity generated in the weight 2, the blade 1 is fixed to a position responding to the centrifugal force generated by the rotation.
