PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outdoor installation device which enables a housing and a heat sink to be securely fixed to each other and maintains high waterproofness and robustness.SOLUTION: An outdoor installation device includes: a housing 1 housing electric components including a heating body; a heat sink 2 radiating heat from the heating body to the exterior of the housing 1; screws 7 serving as fixing parts fixing the heat sink 2 to the housing 1; and sealing members 8 provided between the housing 1 and the heat sink 2 and sealing internal spaces enclosed by the housing 1 and the heat sink 2. Protruding parts 9 protruding to the heat sink 2 side are respectively formed at portions of the housing 1 which face the heat sink 2. The fixing part fixes the heat sink 2 with the protruding parts 9 of the housing 1 placed in contact with the heat sink 2. Each sealing member 8 fills a space between the housing 1 and the heat sink 2 around the protruding part 9.
