PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device in which the core holding member and arch core part of a magnetic substance core part are easily assembled.SOLUTION: The fixing device includes a magnetic substance core part 31 formed between a heating rotary body and a pressure rotary body and forming a magnetic path revolving around an induction coil. The magnetic substance core part 31 includes a plurality of arch core parts 32 arranged in the direction of a first rotation axis and a core holding member 33 holding the arch core parts 32. The arch core parts 32 include first engagement parts 323 formed at both ends and a core body part 326 formed between the first engagement parts 323. The core holding member 33 includes a second engagement part 333 with which the first engagement part 323 can be engaged and is arranged on a side opposite to the heating rotary body across the arch core parts 32. The core holding member 33 includes a first regulation part regulating the movement of the first engagement part 323 of the arch core parts 32 in the direction of the first rotation axis. A clearance 45 is formed between the core body part 326 and the core holding member 33 in such a state that the first engagement part 323 is engaged with the second engagement part 333.
