PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent active energy-curable coating composition suppressed in a bleeding phenomenon, excellent in long term antifog and antifouling properties, having sufficient adhesiveness, and further water resistance not deteriorated even under high-temperature and high-humidity conditions.SOLUTION: An active energy ray-curable or heat-curable coating composition is used which includes: 50-99 wt.% of a liquid hydrophilic (meth)acrylic monomer; and 1-50 wt.% of a chlorine ion-free unsaturated quaternary ammonium salt expressed by general formula [1] soluble in the monomer. |
