Embodiments of the present invention include an inorganic particle having the band gap energy no less than 3.3 eV and an inorganic particle having the band gap energy less than 3.3 eV to different layers, respectively, improve the energy conversion efficiency of a cell by leading internal reflection by increasing the reflectivity in a UV range by including the layer including the inorganic particle having the band gap energy no less than 3.3 eV to a side closer to the incident light by providing a multi-layered film comprising the layer including the inorganic particle having the band gap energy no less than 3.3 eV is located in a layer higher than the layer including the inorganic particle having the band gap energy less than 3.3 eV and is capable of reducing the loss of the incident light by increasing the reflectivity in visible and IR ranges by including a lower encapsulant layer including the inorganic particle having the band gap energy no less than 3.3 eV or release sheet at the same time.
