<p>The present invention relates to a composition for diagnosing or treating lung cancer, containing an active ingredient for specifically binding to a novel lung cancer target protein, and provides a composition for diagnosing or treating lung cancer, containing, as an active ingredient, a material for specifically binding to any one target polypeptide selected from the group consisting of apolipoprotein O (APOO), ATP1A1 (ATPase, Na+/K+ transporting, alpha 1 polypeptide), calnexin (CANX) and dolichyl-diphospho oligosaccharide-protein glycosyltransferase (DDOST). The target polypeptide is specifically overexpressed in lung cancer tissues or cells, and is thus suitable as a target material for diagnosing or treating lung cancer. In addition, the target polypeptide, which is a membrane protein expressed on the surface of cells, can be readily detected even by a non-invasive method, and thus can be useful as a target material for diagnosing or treating lung cancer.</p> |
