PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently produce strong acid water such that, for example pH is 2 or lower and strong alkaline water such that, for example pH is 12 or higher.SOLUTION: After pretreatment in which the electric conductivity of raw water is increased to 10,000 to 15,000 μS/cm is carried out, this water flows through a strong acid cation exchange resin to produce strong acid water. Further, after pretreatment in which the electric conductivity of the raw water is increased to 10,000 to 15,000 μS/cm is carried out, this water flows through a strong alkaline anion exchange resin to produce strong alkaline water. In either case, the pretreatment can be carried out by dissolving NaCl in the raw water. |
