PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which: there has been no tabulation system associated with a relation between a display state of merchandise and sales.SOLUTION: A merchandise display information tabulation method includes the steps of: segmenting a merchandise image of merchandise from image data obtained by photographing merchandise displayed in a merchandise display rack; searching merchandise data corresponding to the segmented merchandise image in a merchandise database; determining the number of boards of the merchandise display rack to generate number-of-board information; and recording merchandise image position data in the image data of the segmented merchandise image, the number-of-board information and auxiliary information as merchandise rack information. |
